Bu Lili, female, was born in Liangshan, Shandong Province in January 1990. She graduated from the School of Journalism and Communication of Shandong University, Bachelor of Arts (2011); and from the School of Literature of Nanjing University, Master of Arts (2014), and Doctor of Literature (2017).
In 2017, she joined the College of International Education of Shandong University as an assistant researcher. She has served as a master's tutor since 2018. In 2018, she was admitted in the future project for young scholars of Shandong University. Her main research interests are Chinese contemporary literature, literature media research, and Chinese language and cultural communication. She teaches "Modern and Contemporary Chinese Literature" for undergraduates, and offers a number of language courses for international students.
She has published papers in journals and publications at home and abroad such as "Modern Chinese Literature Studies", "Literary and Artistic Contention", "Fiction Review", "Modern Literary Magazine", "The Yangtze River Criticism", "Literature Research", "Journal of Central South University", "Journal of Jiangsu University", "21st Century" (Hong Kong), and some of them have been full-text reprinted several times by the "Information Center for Social Science of Renmin University of China". She is currently presiding over one National Social Science Fund project, one Post-Doctor Fund Project, one horizontal project, and participates in several national-level projects. She won the Outstanding Achievement Award in Humanities and Social Sciences of Shandong Higher Education Institutions (2018).
