Zhang Yun, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor. She studied Language and Culture Communication at Shandong University and earned her Ph.D. in Literature.
Research Interests: International Chinese Education Theory & Practice, Chinese Language Teaching Materials & Educational Resources, National Image in International Communication, Regional and Country-Specific Chinese Language Education
Teaching Experience:
Since engaging in international Chinese education, she has taught various language and culture courses to both long-term and short-term international students at different levels, including Intensive Reading, Spoken Chinese, Listening, and Reading & Writing.
As a course leader, she developed several innovative courses, such as Advanced Chinese Audio-Visual and Speaking, Basic Chinese Audio-Visual and Speaking, and the micro-specialty course International Chinese Teaching and Practice. She was also a key contributor to the development of the MOOC course Chinese Vocabulary and Vocabulary Teaching, which is available on China University MOOC.

For Graduate Students: Chinese Vocabulary and Its Teaching, Chinese Teaching Practice.

Invited by theNational Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language(Hanban) to deliver academic lectures and teacher training at Dongseo University and Chungnam National University Confucius Institutes in South Korea.
